A clear handover and a useful support request

Keep the equipment record useful after collection.

01

Keep a handover record

Compare the supplied machine and components with the agreed list. Record the condition at handover, note discrepancies and retain available manuals, inspection records and transport documents. Agree any outstanding items in writing.

02

Describe the question precisely

For a parts or documentation enquiry, include the Stock ID, full model, component identification and clear photographs. Describe the symptom and any relevant maintenance history. This helps the team understand what information or coordination you need.

03

Confirm the support scope

Ask which documents, parts sourcing or coordination can be arranged for the particular machine. Availability, costs and timing are confirmed individually. Any warranty, repair work or on-site assistance must be explicitly agreed in the purchase terms.

General purchasing guidance. Confirm the details for the individual machine and destination.
