Anchorstone uses only the information needed to answer machinery inquiries, operate this website and understand which products interest overseas buyers.
Information you provide
When you request a quote, we receive your name if supplied, destination country and port, contact details, message, the relevant machine and the date of your consent. We use it to respond, prepare inspection or shipping information and maintain our sales record.
Anonymous website analytics
We record first-party events such as page and product views, inventory searches, share actions, WhatsApp clicks and submitted inquiries. We may receive an approximate country code from our infrastructure provider. A random browser identifier is one-way hashed before storage. We do not store visitor IP addresses in analytics and do not use advertising trackers.
Retention and service providers
Anonymous analytics events are deleted after 180 days. Inquiry records are retained while needed for sales, contractual and legal purposes. Cloudflare provides website delivery, database, media storage and optional Turnstile bot protection and processes technical data under its own terms.
Your choices
You can block local browser storage or contact us to request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email sales@anchorstone-machinery.com.
